Setting Up A New Email Account

These guides will take you through the process of setting up a new email account. The tutorials are intended for customers of George Steel but are relevant to most email accounts, however, if your email account is provided by someone else, some settings may not work for you. Remember: your email account may take up to 24 hours to become active so if you follow these steps and are unable send or receive mail, please wait before asking for support.

Before you begin, you'll need the following information that should have been given to you when you purchased your email account, domain name or hosting.

• Your Email Address
• The 'Account Name' or 'Username' for your new email account
• The Password for your new email account
